1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.devalkdesign.com (the "Site") operated by de Valk Design Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in British Columbia, Canada, located at 1067 Centre Crescent, Qualicum Beach, British Columbia V9K 2G6.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. SERVICES AND SEPARATE AGREEMENTS

We provide custom aluminum boat design services and related products. Important: All design work, sales of digital products, and use of digital products are governed by separate written agreements between you and de Valk Design Inc. These Terms apply only to your use of this website and do not govern any design services or product purchases.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, boat designs, renderings, photographs, logos, and software, is the property of de Valk Design Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
  • Use any designs, renderings, or images for commercial purposes
  • Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Ownership of intellectual property for design work is addressed in separate service contracts. Unless otherwise negotiated in those contracts, de Valk Design Inc. retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in its designs.

4. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of this Site by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Using the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
